The cardiologists of the Bethesda hospital, Deventer hospital, ‘Diaconessenhuis’ Meppel, Isala,Röpcke-Zweers hospital, hospital St Jansdal are cooperating with the regional general practitioners, all ambulance services in the region, the Regional Consultation Acute Care (ROAZ), ‘Hart&Vaatgroep’ Overijssel, and ‘Leef- en beweegcentrum’ of Isala.

The meeting was organized by Diagram, took place in the auditorium of Isala, Zwolle, the Netherlands, and was visited by caretakers, health care insurance companies, patient societies and policy makers.
