Success story of EU-CaRE published online by the European Commission

How to keep elderly heart patients active and independent when recovering from cardiac problems? During last 4 years this issue has been investigated in the “EU-CaRE project” (funded by the EU). Diagram is proud to be part of this successful consortium and coordinate the study.
